Fitness Diaries With Leading Indian Model Karan Oberoi

Among one of the most photographed faces in the nation today, model Karan Oberoi's fitness journey is built on the two Ds of discipline and determination.

Born in 1987, and with an MBA degree under his hat, Karan Oberoi is among one of the few models in the country, who has an excellent fitness and wellness journey to narrate. Among one of the most photographed faces in India (we have seen him numerous time on the ramp, on TV and billboards), Karan Oberoi, also known as ‘KO’ which means “knock-out” because of his physique which has no match, Oberoi has been voted the top fitness model, and is also the winner of other prestigious titles such as ‘Mr. Best Physique’ and ‘World Peace Messenger’ by United Nations.
 
Over the years, the gorgeous lean machine has graced covers of various leading fitness magazines, and his fitness and diet tips are much in demand. Discipline is at the very root of Oberoi's dream-like physique. When you see him today, it’s hard to believe that he’s the same guy who once struggled to acquire a lean and muscular physique. By Oberoi's own admission, the physique he is known for today, would not have been possible had he not come across the movie, Rocky, starring Sylvester Stallone.
 
 
 
The movie inspired him to the extent that the guy who was once lazy to walk a couple of stairs started running more than 20 kms a day, that too, at 4 am in the morning. KO agress music and visuals have a crucial role to play in keeping one motivated in their fitness journey. Karan, today, is known not just because of his physique, but because he is also healthy inside, out.
 
Through his wellness journey, Karan stays away from any kind of substance abuse, and instead makes sure he eats the right kind of foods that include green tea, green vegetables and citrus fruits such as strawberries in his diet.
